Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us offer your slot to someone on the waitlist.
If you cancel within 24 hours or don't show up, there's a $75 fee. You're responsible for appointments not rescheduled or canceled in advance.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. Your appointment time won't be extended.
In case of emergency, contact our office immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but we can't guarantee immediate rescheduling.
Repeated no-shows without notice may result in your discharge from the practice to provide care to others.
